Your favorite ballsack on legs from Duke Nukem Forever. It was hard for me to find a (easy to access) model of this... 'thing' online so I ported one myself. The penis has the odd feature of being a hexagon. That is not fixed for now, but I might update it in the future. As a workaround, I've made it so you can hide the penis using bodygroups, and stick your favorite penis in the hole instead (pun intended). You can also remove the spikes on the sac.
